Yes. We handle e-Invoice setup and the integration between your accounting system and MyInvois, including SQL Accounting and similar packages. Scope usually covers field mapping, validation testing, and a handover session for your finance team so they can run it themselves.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a fixed fee, billed across 30 / 30 / 40 milestones. Proof-of-concept work is capped at 2–4 weeks for a fixed fee. Advisory is billed hourly or by the day.
We do not run open-ended hourly contracts on delivery work — the scope is agreed up front and the price does not move unless the scope does.
Two to four weeks, capped. The goal is to answer one question: will this actually work in your environment? You get a working prototype and a written recommendation, and you decide from there whether to commit a full project budget.
Yes — this is one of our core services. We deploy open-weight models such as Gemma and Qwen using Ollama or vLLM, with Open WebUI or Dify as the interface layer. Everything runs on hardware you control, so documents and customer data never leave your network.
To protect delivery quality we currently decline 24/7 on-site operations contracts and government tenders that require a local legal entity. If a request falls outside our scope we will say so on the first call rather than stretch to fit it.
